The receiver box of one of the dipole antennas exploded and about 25 percent of the FEEs in the array were damaged, significantly reducing the sensitivity of the LWA1 for a month. About half the dipoles were repaired in October and full sensitivity was restored in December; otherwise we were fortunate that no major damage was done inside the electronics shelter.
